Position Title: Product Marketing Manager, Creator Shopping Platform

About the role

Responsible for helping our customers find success with our features, products and platform, the Product Marketer for the Influencer Platform will shape our product offerings and how we position them internally and externally. This dynamic, high-impact position will collaborate closely across functions including Product, Engineering, Data, Creator Success, Sales, and the rest of Marketing to drive product awareness, adoption and retention.This position will manage an operational coordinator to oversee creation of all digital marketing assets.

How you will make an impact

  • Plan and execute high-impact launches for our influencer and shopper communities. 
  • Collaborate to define positioning statements and messaging for products, apps and key features.
  • Initiate product campaigns that are appropriate for different segments of influencers as retention support. 
  • Own assigned relationships of product managers and launching their products/features/enhancements. 
  • Plan, write and distribute short-form and long-form content that helps acquire, retain and grow the LTK influencer base. Content to include: email, web, in-app, webinars, videos, case studies, testimonials, whitepapers, playbooks, etc.
  • Own all long-form education course content for retention of Creators for digital and in-person events. 
  • Develop sales materials including sales decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, etc.
  • Monitor competition and assess features/benefits to make recommendations for LTK.
  • Utilize insights to measure, monitor and optimize the success of product marketing programs, content and campaigns.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for marketing, sales and service as it relates to LTK.
  • Manage operational support to work with Demand Generation to build campaigns that highlight the latest LTK products/features.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 6+ years of experience launching & scaling consumer apps, products, or services for global consumer and/or media brands. 
  • Influencer, influencer marketing, or content discovery in-app experience is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in growing consumer businesses through sustained customer engagement.
  • Deep, established proficiency in storytelling and narrative-building.
  • Expertise knitting together a broad range of customer listening posts and data sources such as audience research, community feedback, customer support, behavioral analytics, etc.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and creative functions on driving growth through product marketing initiatives.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback

  • Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks easily.
  • Autonomously lead and manage a small team to prioritize for efficiency.

  • Strong analytics and business acumen, leveraging results to make recommendations for future actions.
