The position is accountable for building up the value chain and implementing distribution strategy to expanding sales channel networks including E-Commerce, designing promotion both of sell in and sell through to driving performance growth. The position scope includes planning and executing customer-centric marketing activities focusing on retail strategies to both drive short-term sales campaigns and build long-term brand value. Especially for E-Commerce, this position is responsible for analyzing consumer purchasing journey via GA to establish action plans for improving conversion and add value to sales. 

The position scope includes the creation and distribution of marketing content of Delkor and endorsed brands across the distribution channel to support AFM commercial teams’ sales operation.

For the market intelligence, this role performs gathering, analyzing, and disseminating market intelligence such as fitment data to support more accurate demand forecast, product-level market penetration strategies and pricing strategy to deliver the sustainable growth in AFM market

Typical Duties:

Marketing strategy and communication

  • Develop marketing strategies for sales promotions, channel expansion, and market penetration
  • Define, build brand positioning strategies, and manage brand guidelines
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies in the APAC AFM
  • Develop marketing communication strategies/actions to increase traffic and sales opportunities, especially in retail channel, including sales tools (brochures, presentations, case studies)
  • Manage package artworks and standardize packages collaborating with operation teams
  • Work closely with Global Brand & Marketing Council to implement brand evaluation strategies for Clarios endorsed brands and develop APAC regional action plans
  • Prepare and maintain AFM marketing plan, budget, and calendar of activities

Digital Marketing

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., E-Commerce, SEM, etc.,)
  • Regularly monitor/analyze keyword performance to maximize SA ROI
  • Develop and implement effective marketing activities to boost customer traffic/inflow into EC platform (e.g., Amazon)
  • Generate actionable insights and recommend improvements based on campaign performance metrics and track KPIs to provide regular updates to stakeholders

Market Intelligence:

  • Analyze fitment data to improve demand forecast accuracy for each market and develop model-specific strategies
  • Gather information on market/channel/brand/product, and conduct competitive analysis on sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly understand about the competition across Clarios’ business portfolio.
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate and present key actionable market and competitor insights to the management team using modern visualization tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/Economics, Engineering, or related curriculum
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in related field / Marketing or Controlling function including E-Commerce marketing
  • Proven experience to manage digital marketing activities leveraging marketing automation tools/analytics tools (i.e., GA365, GA4 etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to cross-functional & global stakeholders
  • Knowledge of statistics and keen on data mining and insight extraction
  • Advanced level of data processing competency. Well mastery of computer skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Regression analysis, etc.
  • Experiences in business planning, strategy, pricing and/or trade marketing are preferred
  • Comfortable in a multi-tasking and multi-time zones working environment
  • Ability to build a collaborative environment
