Position overview:

You will be a marketing leader & brand champion for the Millie Moon brand, managing best-in-class marketing strategies from idea to execution to drive business growth across markets globally. Support with the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including digital media, influencers, trade marketing, grassroots activations and more!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement brand marketing growth plans that achieve business objectives for the growth of Millie Moon, including:
  • Developing and executing of marketing strategies for Millie Moon’s global markets in line with best-in-class FMCG brand marketing practice
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and activations for Millie Moon’s new markets, retailers and NPD launches
  • Lead 360 marketing campaigns from concept to completion, bringing them to life by building strong relationships with external agency partners, and internal cross functional teams
  • Gather and analyse data and insights from external sources such as the market, customers, prospects, and industry analysts, as well as internal sources such as customer service and sales, to understand customers’ needs and apply these insights to marketing strategies & tactics
  • Overseeing digital marketing campaigns & performance, collaborating closely with internal Digital Marketing Team
  • Manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, reporting to the Head of Marketing on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend
  • Develop marketing plans and objectives as part of annual business planning with commercial and product teams to help create strategic growth brands.
  • Develop strong relationships with key retail customers, to deliver strong joint execution plans across trade marketing touch points
  • Leadership, mentorship and growth of the Millie Moon brand marketing team, managing a junior team member to deliver and execute plans across the brand, including:
  • Establishing processes that empower team members to work efficiently and embody continuous improvement
  • Day-to-day management of junior team member/s in accordance with wider business priorities 
  • Upskilling, training and development of junior team members

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • +5 years’ experience in a brand marketing role with a depth & breadth of brand marketing experience
  • Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • You must demonstrate leadership ability and be able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives
  • Strong communication & influencing skills, with the ability to translate messages across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • You're a go-getter with energy, creativity and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries. Strong solutions-focussed mindset, with high levels of resilience & passion
