Marketing Manager DACH Amazon (m/f/x) for 8 months
Join us as Digital Marketing Manager DACH - Amazon (m/f/x) - for 8 months - and become part of Haleon’s Digital Commerce and work with market leading brands. We are a team on a mission to drive best in class digital marketing campaigns and digital transformation across all parts of the business.
Tasks:
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon and emerging retail media platforms (e.g., online pharmacy, omni-channel retailers), ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and sales targets.
- Develop performance marketing strategies and objectives in collaboration with agency partners, brand teams, and commercial stakeholders, while advising on the optimal allocation and management of performance budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Shelf, Brand Marketing, Key Account Managers) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of performance marketing efforts with broader business goals and drive sales growth.
- Use KPI-based decision-making to continuously optimize campaign performance, structure, and efficiency, ensuring data-driven insights guide marketing efforts.
- Lead the project management of campaigns via agile methods, utilizing tools like Jira to standardize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure the timely and successful execution of marketing activities.
- Upskill the organization through hands-on training, joint planning sessions, and post-campaign analysis presentations, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams for future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree - A strong academic background with a degree in a relevant field, such as digital marketing, business, or a related discipline, providing the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this role.
- Pro-active self-starter with a growth mindset - We seek an individual who is highly proactive and takes initiative with a growth-oriented mindset. You should have the ability to structure and simplify complex tasks, and you thrive in environments where you can grow, build, and learn continuously.
- 3+ years of successful experience in Digital Marketing - At least three years of demonstrated success in digital marketing, where you’ve managed performance marketing campaigns end-to-end on platforms like Amazon. Experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Stakeholder management across sales and marketing - Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders in both sales and marketing are crucial.
- Fluent in English and German - Excellent command of both English and German, enabling effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and markets.
