The Marketing Manager will support and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand, enhance brand awareness, and support sales efforts. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who can manage campaigns, coordinate events, create sales materials, and track performance insights.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects while working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and external vendors. This is a contract role with the potential to convert to a salaried FTE based on performance.
What You'll Do
Campaign Development & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, events, and digital channels to generate demand and support revenue growth.
- Support lead-generation initiatives by executing email campaigns and digital advertising efforts.
- Leverage HubSpot to create, manage, and optimize campaigns, including email workflows, audience segmentation, and landing pages.
Social Media & Content Support
- Manage content scheduling and engagement across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Track social media performance and provide recommendations to optimize engagement.
- Work with the content strategist to amplify blog posts, reports, and case studies across channels.
Event & Webinar Management
- Support the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, sponsored events, networking dinners, and webinars.
- Assist in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Own post-event follow-up to ensure leads are nurtured and tracked.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and report insights to optimize future strategies.
- Use HubSpot dashboards to track email performance, event ROI, and lead conversions.
- Work with the Growth Marketing Director and leadership to identify trends and refine marketing tactics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or demand generation
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar CRM/marketing automation tool)
- Strong project management and organizational skills—able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in event marketing, email marketing, and social media management
- Strong copywriting and content marketing capabilities
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable with tracking marketing KPIs and optimizing campaigns

Hourly Rate: $35 to $45 per hour with the potential to convert to salaried - The hourly range represents the low and high end of the Fluent pay range for this position. Actual pay rate will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
