ABOUT THE MARKETING MANAGER - BRAND & DIGITAL ROLE:

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a highly skilled technical marketing team—including SEO specialists, content strategists, paid media experts, and performance marketers. This role requires deep expertise in marketing strategy and execution, combined with strong leadership to ensure accountability, foster collaboration, and drive results.
You will be responsible for keeping the team aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering data-driven, measurable outcomes. You don’t need to know every technical detail, but you must be able to ask sharp questions, interpret performance metrics, and push for continuous improvement. If you thrive in a high-performance culture where creativity, initiative, and integrity are valued, this role is for you.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Guide, support, and hold accountable a talented technical marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and clear performance metrics.
  2. Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, social, email, and video) that deliver measurable impact.
  3. Regularly review KPIs, analyze campaign data, and implement data-driven strategies for optimization and growth.
  4. Work seamlessly with creative teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to align on messaging and execution.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, nudging the team to innovate and test new ideas.
  6. Ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery while fostering a culture of ownership, integrity, and curiosity.
  7. Mentor team members to grow their skills, enabling them to perform at their best in a collaborative environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years leading technical marketing teams (SEO, content, paid media, analytics, etc.) with a proven record of driving results.
  3. Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-backed strategies.
  4. Experience mentoring and managing skilled professionals, holding teams accountable, and inspiring high performance.
  5. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to align teams and deliver on strategic priorities.
  6. Naturally inquisitive and willing to dive deep into marketing performance, trends, and team challenges.
