Do you dream of a marketing role where your work directly reaches families in need and builds trust with key organizations — all while working remotely?
We’re looking for a mission-driven marketing leader who can help more families and Regional Centers discover the life-changing services we provide — and ensure they feel supported, seen, and empowered from the very first touchpoint. Join us as we scale a high-growth, innovative company that’s transforming the lives of neurodivergent adults across California.
At NeuroNav, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make their own choices and shape their story, regardless of disability. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities through simplicity and choice. We specialize in helping families navigate a specific California state-funded program called Self-Determination, which offers more creative and customized options for using state resources.
Your role will be to lead and grow awareness efforts — making sure more families, and California Regional Center teams know who we are, how we help, and why it matters. You'll lead strategic outreach and marketing campaigns that drive referrals, build trust, and deepen relationships across both B2C and B2B audiences. From messaging and campaign development to partnerships, events, and content strategy, you'll shape how NeuroNav shows up across California.

What We Do
We’re specialists in pre-seed and seed. The startups we back go far. Best-in-class founders do not come around every day. When they do, we jump at the opportunity to work together. Our approach is to work with just a small number of best-in-class founders so we can dig in and go deep.
