Content Management and Creation:
- Create engaging content not limited to Instagram and TikTok Reels to grow our social media presence.
- Manage the content calendar and posting across all social media accounts (Meta, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and the timely clearance of assets.
- Stay updated on social media trends and track social media performance metrics.
- Support influencer outreach, campaigns, and partnerships when necessary.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both virtual and in-person.
- Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, such as managing marketing data or organising reports.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Creative, with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and copy
- Comfortable speaking or presenting on camera, with a friendly and confident demeanour
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, social media tools and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Able to commit minimally 4 - 6 months
- Outgoing, positive personality, and be able to work as part of a team. We value responsibility greatly, so any prior experience in leadership roles in clubs/societies will be a big plus
