Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll support critical marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll play a key role in cleaning and organizing CRM data, supporting logistics for trade shows, developing email marketing content, managing blogs, and assisting with sales outreach.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Content Development:

Assist in creating and scheduling marketing email campaigns.

Collaborate on developing content ideas and drafting copy for marketing emails.
Sales Outreach Support:

Assist the sales team by conducting research on prospective clients and preparing outreach materials.

Help track and report on sales leads and outreach efforts.
Trade Show Logistics Support:

Help coordinate logistics for trade shows and events, scheduling meetings, and managing booth setups.

Work with vendors to ensure smooth execution of trade show deliverables.
Blog & Content Organization:

Organize and manage content calendars for blogs and marketing content.

Coordinate with writers and designers to ensure content is delivered on time.
CRM Data Management:

Clean, update, and organize CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Assist in segmenting target audiences for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (MailChimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) preferred.

Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
