About the Role:

Are you passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Oliv.AI is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will empower you to leverage the power of partnerships, digital platforms, and data-driven strategies to drive our brand’s growth. You'll play a key part in optimizing our marketing efforts and learning the ins and outs of the marketing world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in managing and optimizing marketing processes, including tools like marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other essential tools for campaign execution.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficient use across marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and nurturing processes, enhancing prospecting strategies and supporting business growth.
  • Help create, schedule, and distribute content (webinars, podcasts, newsletters, social media posts), ensuring it aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing operations are cutting-edge.

What We Need:

  • A dynamic student or recent graduate with a strong interest in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply marketing automation tools and data analytics to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive attitude to tackle new challenges.
  • Previous experience or coursework in marketing, data analytics, or a related field is a big plus.

Compensation: INR 20,000 to INR 30,000/ month
