Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary Marketing Intern to assist with various administrative projects and events for the Marketing Department. This is a full-time temporary position.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and support events with our Event Planner
  • Set up and tear down at events
  • Event tracking (data entry)
  • Help keep storage space & marketing van organized and ready for the next event
  • Help ship event display material (signage, giveaways, display items, etc.) to appropriate Ziegler locations/sales reps, as applicable
  • Assess event materials for damage or cleaning needs
  • Promotional material organization and storage
  • Help with marketing inventory
  • Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Some college in a related field or applicable experience desired
  • Interest in Event Planning/Coordination
  • Friendly and welcoming to customers as an  event host
  • Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
  • Customer Focused
  • Must have and maintain clean driving record
  • Limited Travel (20% in territory, Very limited overnights, one or 2 events)
  • Work onsite

Minimum Physical Requirements: 

  • Lift/carry up to 25 lbs

  • Squat & kneel

  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is

$17.13 to $20.54

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
