You create and implement the innovation/renovation strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
You will work with others in Mondelēz International to determine an innovation strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth and execute commercial innovation plans on innovation based on identified goals. In partnership with brand teams, you will define and deliver plans to renovate the core brand and to strengthen the entire portfolio through innovation and renovation. You will also manage the portfolio (which includes brand architecture). In this role, you are accountable for revenue and profit, sharing objectives as they relate to innovation, and monitoring performance against key performance indicators. Based on your deep consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will integrate innovation into marketing communication plans and campaigns.

Tus tareas incluirán:

  • Planificar la estrategia de innovación de corto, mediano y largo plazo de las categorías y marcas bajo su responsabilidad articulándolo con la estrategia de crecimiento de cada marca
  • Ser responsable por el pipeline de innovación y su evolución teniendo un rol de liderazgo sobre equipos cross funcionales
  • Tener visión integradora para articular múltiples fuentes de información que permitan poner en contexto una idea y sustentarla con análisis y racionales que validen su rol en un pipeline así como responder a una necesidad del consumidor


Job specific requirements

  • Graduados de carreras de Ingeniería en alimentos, industrial, Lic. en Marketing, tecnología de los alimentos, Administración de Empresas, entre otras.
  • Experiencia en equipos de estrategia, innovación, marketing
  • Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos
  • Dominio del idioma ingles avanzado
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y diversas partes interesadas
  • Capacidad para líderar e influir en equipos


Work schedule:

  • Esquema de trabajo híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs.
