About The Role:
Betr is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Growth team. The Growth Team is responsible for driving user engagement and retention. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will lead the design of creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Location:
This role is based in Miami, Florida. You must be based in this area or be willing to relocate to be considered for this position.
What You'll Do:
- Design eye-catching and conversion-focused creative assets for digital campaigns, including banner ads, paid social ads, and landing page visuals.
- Create engaging social media content and assets that drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Design visuals for email marketing campaigns that enhance user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative solutions that align with performance targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-impact designs for customer retention and acquisition campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital creatives to inform ongoing optimizations and improvements.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Bonus Points:
- Passion for sports and experience designing for sports-related brands or campaigns.
