Position Overview: We are hiring for an Entry-Level Marketing Event Assistant position, with full training provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist in coordinating and supporting on-site marketing events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives.

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
