Capstone is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to manage and optimize our marketing efforts, ensuring efficiency and productivity while strategically planning future trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Schedule Management: Oversee and optimize travel arrangements for analysts across multiple sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to maximize trip effectiveness, integrating corporate, private equity, and capital market client meetings.
- Marketing Schedule Development: Create and maintain a forward-looking marketing schedule, adjusting as necessary to align with firm priorities and client needs.
- Event Coordination: Partner with the Outreach & Events team to manage event schedules and locations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Trip Coordination: Maintain a comprehensive view of all scheduled trips, coordinating efforts among sales and senior leadership to prevent conflicts.
- Client Travel Management: Serve as the primary contact for all Company Client travel and event requests, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on travel expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost-effectiveness and savings.
- Real-Time Adjustments: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to adapt trip plans based on company objectives and needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing events management, preferably within financial services or investment banking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex schedules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $80,000-$110,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.
This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
