Position Overview: 


We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for Parallel Domain. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a proven ability to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies in a high-tech, AI-fueled, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing initiatives, including generating qualified leads in the industries mentioned above. This includes digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, public relations, and brand development, all with the goal of expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Parallel Domain as a leader in simulated testing and validation for physical AI.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, customer support, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts align with and support overarching business objectives.

• Drive the vision for the company’s marketing direction while balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.


Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition:

• Design and execute demand generation strategies to build awareness, generate leads, and accelerate the customer acquisition process.

• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to continually optimize marketing campaigns for lead conversion, ROI, and customer retention.

• Implement targeted campaigns to build a qualified pipeline, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.


Product Positioning and Brand Development:

• Position Parallel Domain as the go-to solution for simulated testing in AV development, highlighting our unique value proposition and market leadership.

• Lead the development and refinement of Parallel Domain’s brand messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all marketing channels.

• Oversee the creation of a strong, cohesive brand identity that resonates with customers, prospects, and stakeholders.


Content Strategy & Execution:

• Oversee the development of high-quality content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies,  videos, and webinars) that educates and engages our audience.

• Collaborate with the content, product, and engineering teams to produce content that aligns with customer pain points, needs, and interests.

• Ensure content is distributed through appropriate channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and industry events.


Data & Analytics:

• Monitor key marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with business goals.

• Regularly report on marketing performance to the executive team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Use analytics tools to assess customer behavior, campaign performance, and lead conversion, refining strategies accordingly.


Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as the key liaison between marketing and other departments, fostering effective communication and alignment on company goals and initiatives.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing activities, campaign results, and upcoming initiatives.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus, technical degree a plus).

7+ years of marketing experience in a technology-driven, high-growth environment, with a strong track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies (AV and AI industries a plus).

• Multiple instances of proven success leading marketing teams and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

• Expertise in demand generation and pipeline-building, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and lead conversion.

• Excellent leadership, project management, and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience marketing AI, specifically autonomous vehicle technology or other high-tech industries.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Gong).

• Prior experience in a leadership role in a SaaS or technology company with a strong growth trajectory.

• A deep understanding of synthetic data and AI simulation for autonomous systems.
