This position is not remote; we’re seeking a candidate to work onsite at our corporate office in Missoula, MT. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are strongly preferred.
 

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Director to join our expanding team. This pivotal role is designed to bridge our marketing initiatives with our customer relationship management systems, ensuring a seamless integration of efforts that drive our dealership group’s growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in directing customers to our dealerships, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring consistent engagement throughout the customer journey, from initial contact through the entire ownership experience.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and CRM integration plans to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT departments to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and tactics.
  • Drive the generation and conversion of leads, with a particular focus on expanding our reach to out-of-market prospects.
  • Create innovative content and campaigns, crafting compelling marketing narratives and strategies that resonate with target audiences, drive brand engagement, and amplify lead generation efforts across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to support volume growth and market share expansion across all dealership locations.
  • Utilize business analytics tools to identify sales opportunities, market trends, and areas for enhancing customer experience.
  • Spearhead projects that align with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the Sales Director, IT Director, and Operations Director, providing regular updates and reports.

Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements to maintain high levels of motivation and performance.
  • Recruitment and Team Building: Play an integral role in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent to the organization. Build a cohesive team that reflects the company’s values and is equipped to meet the evolving challenges of the market.
  • Change Management: Lead the team through change, ensuring they are supported, informed, and equipped to adapt to new systems, processes, or strategies. Drive the adoption of innovative practices and technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, CRM systems, and project management, preferably in the automotive, RV, or boating industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and maintain marketing and system integration initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of managing budgets and completing projects on time.

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. However, significant relevant experience and a demonstrated track record of success may substitute for the degree requirement.

About Our Dealership
Bretz RV Camp; Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV Camp; Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with six dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.

Throughout the year, you will see Bretz RV Camp; Marine sponsoring events from local school functions to veterans’ associations, Toys-4-Tots, Make-A-Wish, and many more. It’s important to contribute to the communities in which we do business.

Montana has become the spot to be. Kevin Costner and his Yellowstone and 1883 have single-handedly helped Montana become a destination for individuals and growing families.
