Let's talk about the role:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the marketing plan by managing day-to-day activities, coordinating events, and ensuring timely communication and collaboration among internal teams and external vendors. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
On a day-to-day basis you will work on:
Event Coordination:

Assist the Event and Exhibitions Manager in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and workshops.

Coordinate logistics, including venue bookings, materials preparation, and vendor communication.

Maintain an updated event calendar and logistics checklist.
Client Engagement:

Support the Client Relations Specialist in maintaining the client database and executing seasonal mailing campaigns.

Draft newsletters, invitations, and follow-up communications.

Monitor response rates and engagement metrics.
Content Management:

Collaborate with the Content Publishing Specialist to review and schedule blogs, articles, and social media posts.

Track content performance and compile reports for internal review.
Marine Academy Support:

Coordinate with the Marine Academy Coordinator to schedule workshops and educational programs.

Manage participant communication and feedback collection.
Administrative Support:

Manage inventory of branded merchandise and coordinate distribution at events and exhibitions.

Liaise with freelance designers and content agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Who are we looking for ?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress).

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
