POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and consumer-focused Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of customer service efforts, including email, phone calls, and social community management. In addition, you will be responsible for executing our consumer ambassador program and supporting shopper marketing tactics to drive sales and deepen brand connections. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about building strong consumer relationships and contributing to the growth of the brand across multiple channels. This position reports to the Marketing Director.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through email, phone, and social media.
- Manage the company’s social community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot customer issues, and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and senior leadership) to address consumer needs effectively.
2. Consumer Ambassador Program:
- Manage and grow the consumer ambassador program by recruiting, onboarding, and engaging brand advocates.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance ambassador engagement, including content creation, exclusive offers, and events.
- Track and report on the performance of the program, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the liaison between ambassadors and the marketing team, ensuring alignment on brand goals and messaging.
3. Shopper Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of shopper marketing tactics at retail, including point-of-sale materials, promotional offers, and events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of in-store campaigns and promotions, working with the sales team to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to deliver compelling retail marketing content and experiences.
- Provide actionable insights on shopper behavior, trends, and competitive activity to support broader marketing strategies.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, community management, and/or shopper marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different customer segments.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Experience in managing consumer programs or ambassador networks is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A passion for brand storytelling, customer satisfaction, and building consumer loyalty.
