Position Overview: 

We’re expanding our Healthcare Marketing team and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive new business and strengthen customer relationships through strategic, multichannel campaigns. If you’re a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for creative storytelling and data-driven strategies, this role is for you!


What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution: Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and launch engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the design team to create compelling, on-brand visuals and assets.
  • Messaging & Copywriting: Craft clear, audience-focused copy that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Promo Management: Create and optimize promo codes and banners to boost conversions.
  • Campaign Launch & Optimization: Ensure accurate audience targeting, subject lines, and engagement strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, editorial calendars, and campaign assets for seamless execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, generate insights, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist in special projects and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required. 
  • Minimum two (2) years of marketing experience required with experience in B2C preferred. 
  • HubSpot experience required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on data-driven results.
