The Opportunity:

Based out of Sweden we are looking for a Marketing Assistant for our Diabetes Care Division. In this role you will work on a Nordic level but with main focus on the Swedish Market.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and implement the commercial plan using all elements of the marketing mix, including brand development with the aim of increasing sales and maximizing brand potential.

  • Secure that branding is in line with guidelines and align in all marketing material.

  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure a consistent voice.

  • Responsible for Veeva re-approvals.

  • Assist in implementing campaigns incl. advertisement, new product launches, sponsorships, events etc.

  • Liaising closely with all support functions (including Regulatory, Customer Services, Sales, Market access, GSM, External Agencies and EMEA Marketing)

  • Assist in digital projects with setting up websites in AEM, CRM:s in Selligent  etc

  • Assist in administrative assignments like for invoices, PO:S and contracts in Palette/Rillion Prime, creating of PSA’s and other compliance related contracts, supplier handling/setting up new vendors etc.

  • Follow-up, evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.

  • Overall assist in aligning BRAND content & communication across brand teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing.

  • Operated in a tactic marketing or commercial role, preferred within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sector.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong skills in being able to work with many projects at the same time.

  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to do proofreading.

  • Preferred to be multi-lingual in Nordic languages. Fluently in Swedish and preferably also in another Nordic language.

  • Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Preferred experience in working with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders.
