Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Coordinator responsible for shepherding the evolution of the Headsweats Product and Marketing (all-digital, social, and traditional marketing efforts). The Marketing Coordinator will evaluate and develop marketing strategies, plan and coordinate marketing efforts, communicate the marketing plans, build brand awareness and positioning, product trends, competitive analysis, and vision. What You Will Do:

  • Lead collaborative efforts and help conceptualize creative concepts on all digital marketing initiatives including the development of mobile and digital marketing concepts, and the design, implementation, and maintenance of social media presence.
  • Support with planning and communication of the Brand Ambassador program.
  • Support brand expansion into new categories.
  • Create quick strike, capsule, and collabs collections of products to drive brand heat.
  • Contribute to the creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies, packaging design, and ad campaigns for new projects/products.
  • Work with all departments in meeting deadlines and keeping a creative thread running throughout the projects.
  • Develop and execute creative imaging for marketing campaigns.
  • Work within the marketing budgets.
  • Work closely with the sales department to maximize profits and market share for the sales channels.
  • Support the eCommerce and Retail Manager with digital assets.
  • Collaborate online and website presence and ensure all sites are maximizing potential through the customer journey.
  • Work with the team to organize trade shows and major events.
  • Support brand management including the positioning of the brand, development of clear brand guidelines, and ensuring the execution of those guidelines across all facets of the business.
  • Manage and optimize B2C and B2B email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated lifecycle flows using Klaviyo.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and product development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven innovative and creative marketing campaign strategy experience that attracts customers and succeeds over the competition.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management. 
  • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
  • Prefer to have experience within the outdoor industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns and podcasts.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and other email marketing tools.
  • Experience working with CRM: Hubspot preferred.
  • Competence in Adobe.

Your Schedule:

  • This position is located in Boulder, CO.
  • Domestic and International travel as well as occasional support of weekend events should be anticipated.
  • Hybrid Work Model.
  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week) benefit-eligible position reporting to the General Manager.
  • No relocation assistance is available.
