Marketing & Communications Executive

The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing effective strategies for communications, marketing and PR for the UK business
• Ownership of RIHC group brand and design across digital and print mediums
• Hands on coordination of all channels - media releases, website, social media and internal communications in association with the Corporate Communication Dept
• Supporting sales team and senior management with commercial opportunities (pitches, presentations, materials etc)
• Events, shows & exhibition planning and delivery (including representing the company at events)
• Analyse the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare/present measurement data
• Undertake market research and establish best way to reach target groups

Skills & Experience

• Active experience within a marketing / PR &  communications environment
• Excellent networking and communication skills (writing, proof reading and networking with a wide range of people at all levels)
• Strong IT skills especially relating to presentation skills and social media
• A pro-active, enthusiastic and professional approach
• Prior experience of communications management/marketing within engineering, marine or offshore energy/renewables sectors (desirable)

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business or English
• Member of CIM (or working towards)
