As the Marketing Automation Manager at Revvity, you'll play a critical role in helping our organization turn contacts into prospects and prospects into clients. You will oversee automated marketing efforts and supervise the marketing automation team to ensure proper and seamless execution. You will be expected to cultivate audience engagement, manage marketing technologies and related processes, as well as deliver actionable intelligence and reporting. With a strong understanding of marketing technology and best practices, you'll help turn business requirements into reality, so all teams have the technology and insights they need to continuously improve customer acquisition and customer experience. You will act as a primary COE Digital Marketing contact for marketing inquiries, ensuring the local alignment with the global digital marketing strategies and best practices.

The ideal candidate has digital demand and innovation experience in a large enterprise complex business, thinks strategically, and has the proven ability to lead from ideation through execution and analysis. This position requires an organized, self-motivated, process driven, detail-oriented candidate who has worked with digital marketing technologies and has a good understanding of how marketing automation drives B2B lead management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience. Candidates with slightly fewer years of experience may be considered as a Senior Specialist.

  • Fluent in English (C1+), both written and spoken due to intensive interactions across the globe.

  • Strong expertise of marketing automation platform capabilities with an industry leading tool, supported by proved hands-on experience (Eloqua, Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) to support digital journey automation, personalization, and optimization.

  • Communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Desire to develop team leadership skills.

  • Strong track record of team collaboration and cross-functional partnerships

  • Exceptional analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and passion for data-based decision making

  • Strong in project management. Adept in navigating complexity and ambiguity

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in an intensive and fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work from Cracow's office at least 6 days per month.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience leading a team.

  • Industry experience in Life Science; cross-countries exposure.

  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiar with tools like Workfront, Litmus, BriteVerify etc.

  • Good understanding of marketing analytics tools - Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.

  • Hands on experience working with all or significant portions of end-to-end lead management.
