Job Responsibilities

Support business area marketing lead in the execution of the strategic marketing plans

Summarize key messaging and value that drives engagement to meet overall goals of the service line

Write or direct writing resources for email (inbound and drip) and direct mail campaigns aligned with events, tradeshows, referral/channel partners and integrated marketing strategies

Work with the Events team to support the execution of events and webinars from initial request through final deliverables

Leverage CRM to create and manage target lists, track campaign progress, and update key data points

Format and develop materials that are on brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice

Work with tax marketing leader to coordinate digital marketing campaigns and posts (social, PPC, display, website inbound, emails, events, etc.) from initial request through final deliverable

Report on campaign and event results, and communicate overall marketing results to relevant team members and key stakeholders

Stay current with event, webinar, social and campaign best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing
-
Experience using various business technologies including CRM products (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.), reporting tools (PowerBI) and project management systems (Workfront)

Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads

Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills
