Job Description
The Associate Manager provides a complete suite of marketing services for contacting Allstate consumers with non-contractual communications. Includes omni-channel digital marketing program development for all channels as well as operational reporting, data management and vendor services. This role is responsible for design analysis and strategy, supports project planning and develops code and design for complex projects/flowcharts. Responsibility includes the review of code, design and testing of work products from lower-level resources and peers. Serves as a technical expert and coaches / mentors team resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Performs root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of problems and manages the resolution of complex problems. Provides oversight of production deployments to developers, quality control and environmental managers.
• Assists in planning efforts of complex functional end to end tests in support of Quality control.
• Critique and evaluate detailed business, functional and high-level technical requirements and create high-level architecture for high complexity projects.
• Provides recommendations to leadership regarding strategy for campaign/program rules implementation, assists in making decisions by which the program development is conducted. Involved in the evaluation and selection of new vendors and vended products.
• Independently leads multiple project efforts simultaneously.
• Work with key business stakeholders for project intake, training, and onboarding.
• Determines upgrades strategy based on business strategic direction.
• Determines programming approach, tools and techniques that best meet the business requirements. Perform coding of complex services/flowcharts when needed.
• Determines, promotes, and maintains templates and design standards.
• Acts as a referral expert in appropriate data structures, vended packages, techniques, and design methods and serves as a technical resource for Marketing Operations peers.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Advanced SQL and Database skills Required
- Experience with Unica and Unix Required

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
