We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the Sunshine Plaza team. Join our dynamic team, delivering outstanding events, activations, and digital content for the largest and most diverse retail offering on the Sunshine Coast. The centre boast over 300 stores, from fashion to dining and entertainment, making it a vibrant hub in the region. The Role:
As Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and community initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the Centre’s website, EDMs, and social media, including content curation and scheduling.

Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and events, from large-scale activations to bespoke experiences.

Coordinating retail communications and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, PR activity tracking, and traffic monitoring.
About You:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant looking to step up within a larger retail asset or expand their experience in the shopping centre industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll be:

Organised with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proactive and comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Experienced in website management (CMS experience such as Kentico, Sitecore, or WordPress is desirable).

Knowledgeable in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business, with experience running paid advertisements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint).

A marketing graduate or have relevant experience in a similar marketing role (preferred).
