This is a full time, hybrid role with our office in Greenville, SC. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. 


Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support key marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, and product sample coordination. This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. What You'll Do:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and contribute to product seeding efforts, including influencer collaborations and review initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate product samples by placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring efficient organization upon arrival.
  • Support the affiliate marketing program by researching and recruiting potential partners, evaluating content performance, and monitoring sales and commission reports.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to facilitate product review shipments and reporting.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies that enhance customer engagement and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the Photography Team during photoshoots by preparing outfits, welcoming talent, and maintaining a clean, organized space throughout the day
  • Take an active role in supporting various marketing projects and initiatives to contribute to overall team success.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, or CRM software), preferred.
