Location: 100% Remote
Type: Contract or permanent placement, 20-40 Hours/wk. This position can be part-time and ramp up to full-time based on availability.

Position Summary:
RSI is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to focus on lead follow-up, partner communication, and event planning. The selected person will play a crucial role in the company's business development and brand presence. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support with event planning tasks such as venue management, invites, etc.
• Track and nurture leads throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales campaign performance and improve strategies.
• Partner communication
• Assist with marketing materials to meet the needs of our audience, including supporting the development and editing of case studies, new continuing education courses, collateral, and articles under guidance. 
• Support the coordination of marketing communications launches, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital assets ensuring proper storage and retrieval of multimedia content, including maintaining our internal communication site. 
• Social media community engagement
• Potential for blog writing or other forms of content creation assistance

Qualifications:

• At least a BA (no specific degree, can be business admin, communication, journalism, economics, marketing, etc.)
• Must have event planning experience.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Experience with HubSpot, Asana, ZoomInfo, and social media platforms
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strategic listening skills are necessary to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to time manage and prioritize workload – attention to detail and self-motivator. 
• Creative innovator with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Must work Pacific Time Zone hours - Mon - Fri 8a - 5p
• Experience in adobe suites is a plus. 
• Experience in content production is a plus.
