Role Overview:
The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will play a key role in our marketing and advertising department. This entry-level position provides comprehensive training in fundamental marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful completion of the training program can lead to a team lead position within the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Growth: Contribute to the growth and development of assigned event-based campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Assist in efforts to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Leadership Development: Build strong leadership and interpersonal skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
