The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating events, managing digital content, and assisting with various marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about driving brand awareness and engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with team members to ensure marketing activities are completed on time and within budget, while helping to achieve company goals. This role will assist with a broad range of marketing activities to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Manage marketing co-op program with channel partners/dealer network.
- Cultivate relationships and support KNA membership status with Industry Associations for Manufacturing and Material Handling.
- Marketing Operations: Budgeting, invoices, marketing request intake
- Support marketing efforts with online merchandise store, photo shoots, video creation, customer testimonials.
- Sponsorships and relationship building with community partners.
Events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify event objectives, target audience, and key messages.
- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including product launches, industry trade shows, conferences, customer appreciation events and regional events.
- Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency at events and lead generation opportunities are captured and tracked.

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, CMS and CRM
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours, as required for planned events and customer visits.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
