InvGate is seeking a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for data-driven decision-making, a strong understanding of marketing analytics methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. As a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies, measuring campaign performance, and driving continuous improvement across our marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Data Analysis and Insights Generation:

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze marketing data and extract actionable insights.
  • Interpret data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven recommendations for enhancing marketing effectiveness and ROI.


Marketing Performance Measurement:

  • Design and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on insights gathered.


Forecasting and Predictive Modeling:

  • Develop predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns that can inform future marketing initiatives and resource allocation.


Data Visualization and Reporting:

  • Create visually engaging reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings to key stakeholders.
  • Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data collection and reporting tasks.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and messaging strategies.
  • Partner with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing analytics efforts with broader business goals and objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
