ABOUT THE ROLE:
Splash Financial is seeking a data-driven and customer-focused marketing analytics leader to design and implement strategies that optimize performance across all acquisition channels. This role will require deep collaboration with Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to analyze and refine data capture processes, identify key insights to improve marketing funnel performance, and enhance the customer journey. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions, increase conversion rates, and deliver measurable outcomes while balancing risk, lender ROI, business revenue, and an exceptional customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:
- Develop, monitor, and refine marketing strategies, utilizing data from multiple vendors.
- Develop reporting dashboards, marketing segmentation and marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the product team to find unique data sources that can be used to improve and optimize marketing strategies at the channel level.
- Maintain adherence to marketing goals and feel accountable for overall growth.
- Design and execute A/B testing initiatives to continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience, while effectively driving new customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytic roles, preferably in the marketing space.
- Experience in unsecured lending and installment loan industries is a PLUS.
- Obsessed with customer experience and always finding ways to make it better.
- Highly curious on finding insights and opportunities through vast amounts of data.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
