Job Description

As an Analyst, you are involved in every part of the project cycle. This gives you the opportunity to get a good understanding of everything a project contains. This includes: 

  • Support the design, implementation and delivery of client projects
  • Coordinate internal relationships to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
  • Coordinate client and stakeholder communication throughout each project
  • Develop presentations that address research objectives and provide actionable insights
  • Learn and utilize advanced quantitative methods and “outside-the-box” thinking to help answer complex business questions.
  • Actively review internal processes and suggest/implement improvements
  • Manages projects to ensure on time and effective delivery across all client deliverables
  • Support other team members to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met to a high standard and in agreed timelines
  • Translate insights into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better marketing decisions

Qualifications

Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the areas of: Business Administration, Marketing & Advertising, Market Research, Behavioral Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and Econometrics.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in market research, business insights, marketing or consulting firms utilizing analytical/logic skills.
  • Desired experience of being the day-to-day client contact on big and small accounts and managing multiple projects
  • Must have a passion for learning new research methodologies and have an entrepreneurial and pro-active attitude
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written skills required in both English & Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong interest in the industries SKIM works in, e.g. consumer goods, restaurants, finance and technology
  • You are authorized to work in Brazil (resident, citizen, valid visa or other)
