The Role: The Market Research Analyst will support the team in tasks related to our automotive quality survey research business. As part of a local team of about 10 associates, you will collaborate with global team members, internal departments, and clients to ensure that market research programs are executed to the highest standards. In this fast-paced team environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks throughout the entire market research process.
Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing services for proprietary and syndicated Market Research programs.
  • Assist with various Market Research activities, including questionnaire specifications, sampling, and data processing specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to meet study deadlines and complete project components.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes in all phases of the studies.
  • Aid in the production of deliverables by creating reports and presentations using established tools and templates.
  • Help analyze data and identify key market insights.


Qualifications

  • Background: Marketing, Administration, Business, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in market research and/or related fields
  • Education: bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to write technical documents
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • SPSS experience is not required but preferred
  • Python experience is not required but preferred
