Job Description
- Responsible for enabling Strategic Sales Growth through data-driven insights into market and competitive trends and opportunity identification based on customer segmentation.
- Support business development and improvement opportunities through research and insights, including support on “demand and lead generation” initiatives and requirements (sales funnel management).
- Ensure needed/relevant external data, information and insights are collected from relevant sources, stored, shared efficiently with relevant stakeholders, and kept up to date.
- Support the NPS process across the IMETA region.
Key Accountabilities:
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret external market data to support business decisions.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and risks through competitive analysis.
- Apply intelligence to external data and propose strategic actions.
Sales & Growth Enablement:
- Analyze market penetration, segmentation, and profitability to support business growth.
- Develop insights to drive strategic sales growth, pooling asset control, and customer retention.
- Provide research and insights for campaigns, events, and new product/service launches.
Customer & Stakeholder Support:
- Support local and regional teams with market research needs for day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
- Drive and manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process across the AMETA region.
- Collaborate across departments to share insights that enhance customer experience.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in market and customer research.
- Technical & Analytical Expertise:
- Strong statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and trend analysis skills - experience with SAP, Medallia, Data Warehouse (BW), and CRM (Salesforce).
- Business & Strategic Acumen: Understanding of P&L, business plans
- Ability to develop business cases and strategic proposals.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Project management, storytelling, strategic thinking, and confident facilitation.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Experience working successfully in matrix structures.
