Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in a for-profit hospital setting.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- CPA license.
- Experience in hospital finance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee market finance department operations to support the organization’s mission and goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to finance team members, fostering a positive work environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to thrive in a stressful environment and respond appropriately.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Five years of experience in a for-profit hospital finance role, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
