Your Position:
Principal Objetivo
Diseñar, mejorar y gestionar el proceso de ensamble de motores, enfocándose en la optimización de la producción y procesos, la implementación de nuevas tecnologías y la mejora continua en la línea de ensamble.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Dar soporte a la operación para cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia
- Mantener los procesos de ensamble de motores, garantizando el uso de métodos de manufactura, herramientas, dispositivos, calibres y controles necesarios para cumplir con los estándares de calidad del producto.
- Identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con la seguridad y la ergonomía en el proceso de montaje.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora de procesos enfocados en la eficiencia, calidad, productividad y reducción de costos.
- Diseñar e implementar mejoras de procesos en lo referido a métodos, dispositivos, controles y equipos.
- Participar en la implementación de nuevos modelos de motores adoptando las acciones necesarias para su ensamble.
- Optimizar el flujo de materiales y la presentación de los mismos a lo largo de la línea de montaje.
- Proporcionar soporte de manufactura a los equipos de mejora continua (CI200).
- Cerrar no conformidades relacionadas con la calidad en el proceso de montaje.
Requisitos
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en la franja de lunes a viernes de 16 a 0 hs.
- Graduado o estudiante avanzando/a de la carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
- Al menos un año de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Conocimiento deseable del manejo de herramientas de diseño (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Buenas habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de trabajo en equipo
