We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Site Adminstartor to provide comprehensive administrative support at our Manchester Site.  The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support to the R&D and Regulatory Assurance teams.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including site documentation and project files.  

  • Assist with scheduling of site safety meetings, including preparing agenda and taking minutes.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Manage site office supplies, equipment and inventory.

  • Liaise with subcontractors and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

  • Provide administrative support for Quality systems; manage corrective action tracking and document management systems.

  • Manage Global R&D SharePoint site ensuring appropriate governance rules are followed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Proficiency in configuring and managing SharePoint sites.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
