ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to maximize the visibility and reach of our marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on the US, Canada, and select global markets.
AOT employs a multi-channel, multi-media approach, integrating performance marketing, outbound efforts, events, and content marketing to achieve its top- and mid-funnel objectives for client acquisition.
We have ten service lines and two product lines, each at a different stage in terms of marketing and product maturity. You will prioritize, test, and scale campaigns and work with the team to set and meet business and lead generation goals.
You'll have the opportunity to build a team to support your operations, beginning with shared resources dedicated to operational support.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLEMust-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of martech spanning demand generation platforms, CRMs, MAPs, and attribute/tracking
- Experience across search, paid social, and programmatic channels
- Email marketing experience with proven background in outbound email marketing scale-ups
- 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience in the IT/SaaS industry
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting environments with a focus on IT services or solutions
- Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and project lifecycles
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Preferred:
- Experience developing technical case studies, white papers, and other client engagement communications
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop and execute campaigns: Design and implement demand generation campaigns across digital channels (e.g., email, Google search, paid social media, programmatic) to generate high-quality leads and drive engagement.
- Lead nurturing and scoring: Develop and optimize lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring leads are qualified and ready for the sales team.
- Content strategy: Partner with content marketers to create relevant, engaging content that supports campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- ABM and segmentation: Drive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts, working closely with Sales to tailor messaging and increase engagement. Evaluate, onboard and manage ABM and demand generation platforms.
- Marketing automation: Manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, execute campaigns, and measure performance.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead generation ROI) and make data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, define lead scoring, and continuously refine the hand-off process.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, digital marketing, and data analytics to implement innovative approaches.

SALARY RANGE
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based variable pay structure.
