Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to join our dynamic team. As a Manager at BLN24, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration among various departments, and achieving our strategic objectives. About You:

1. Client Engagement:
   • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and changes
   • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively

1. Project Management:
   • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation
   • Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for various projects
   • Monitor project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as necessary to ensure adherence to project requirements

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality client engagements
   • Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to team members
   • Educate teams on the implementation of new initiatives and provide associated training as required

1. Risk and Quality Management:
   • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle 
   • Set project quality and performance standards 
   • Assess and manage risks within and across multiple projects 

1. Resource Coordination:
   • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
   • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
2. Reporting and Communication:
   • Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels, escalating issues as necessary.
   • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure all work is completed in accordance with BLN’s standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Preferred, but not required, working knowledge and experience within federal clients.
• Proven record of building rapport, strong working relationships and strategic growth activities within existing clients.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing programs and projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategic communications.
