We are seeking a highly adaptable and analytical professional to join our team in a pivotal role that combines strategic operations management with financial planning and analysis. This position will serve as a key liaison between our operational, workforce, and executive leadership teams, providing crucial insights to drive informed decision-making and project success.

This individual should demonstrate proficiency in creating and analyzing budgeting and accounting reports. Additionally, they will be tasked with developing and presenting financial budgets on both an annual and quarterly basis, ensuring that these budgets align with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, where priorities and demands may change frequently.

Their insights will assist leadership in planning and managing projects, ensuring that all objectives and deliverables are completed within the assigned timeframe and budget.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between various departments and leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership and department heads to create yearly budgets and develop detailed budget presentations. 

  • Prepare and present monthly reports for senior and executive business leaders to summarize performance outcomes, offer strategic foresight and support strategic decision-making.

  • Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze operational and financial data.

Essential Qualifications and Functions: 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business operations, or related roles.

  • Project Leadership: Experience managing business intelligence projects, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, implementation oversight and presentation.

  • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing Excel to create reports and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business intelligence tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Experienced in utilizing workforce management (WFM) software, including NICE, Five9, and Intradiem. 

  • Highly organized and experienced, possessing exceptional abilities in problem resolution and making strategic decisions effectively.

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
