General Description:
The Project Manager supports in maintaining a global view of all Medical Writing or Translation projects across all programs. With strong organizational and communication skills, the PM ensures timely and high-quality deliverables, and leads cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve writing or translation workflows and toolkits for efficiency and quality.
Essential Functions of the Job:

Project Management: Lead and oversee department-level and cross-functional projects to improve translation efficiency and workflow. Ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are aligned across teams.

Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Quality Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality assurance processes and establish standards for consistency.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track workload, monitor project progress, and analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the translation team and other departments to ensure alignment on shared initiatives.

Computer Skills:
Technical expertise in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic document management systems; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Project, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Translation & Localization, Life Sciences, or a related field required; Master’s, PharmD, or PhD degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, or a similar regulated environment required with a Bachelor’s degree

With a Master’s degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

With a PhD or PharmD, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of project coordination, localization workflows, or cross-functional collaboration in a scientific or regulated context preferred

Salary Range: $116,300.00 - $156,300.00 annually

Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
