 About the role 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Manager Total Rewards to join our People team in Amsterdam! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing, implementing, and supporting compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Working closely with People & Culture managers across our global offices in Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, and New York, you will assist with data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks to ensure our total rewards strategy aligns with our commitment to creating the best employee experience.

As our Manager Total Rewards, you’ll play a key role in supporting the People team with HR administration. You’ll collaborate with the global team as well as the Finance team to assist with exciting initiatives such as shaping and maintaining our compensation, benefits, and payroll processes while ensuring the smooth operation of our rewards strategy. Your analytical mindset will be key as you work closely with the global People team to deliver accurate data, insights, and solutions that drive our compensation and benefits initiatives.

What you will do 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for compensation, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries across Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, and New York.

  • Support the administration and analysis of total rewards programs, including salary structures, employee benefits, and Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs).

  • Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and global regulations.

  • Analyze HRIS data (Hibob) to generate reports and insights that inform compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of global compensation frameworks and ensure seamless implementation across all regions.

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, from enrollment and updates to renewals and vendor communication.

  • Maintain accurate employee documentation related to compensation, benefits, pension, and payroll throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Stay up to date with trends and regulations in compensation, benefits, pension and payroll to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

  • You'll get to participate in projects such as the SAR plan optimization, global payroll, benefits analysis.

What you bring 

  • Experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll administration in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience managing compensation structures, benefits programs, pension schemes and payroll processes.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Hibob) and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with People, Finance, and Management teams across global offices.

  • Experience administering employee benefits programs and resolving related inquiries.

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, as well as local and international payroll regulations.

  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration, including handling employee inquiries and resolving issues 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail
