Summary of Responsibilities:
Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for a Manager of Technology Reliability to deliver critical technology services by leading ATC’s Technology Reliability Team. In this strategic role, you will build the teams and processes to monitor technology services for health and performance, manage risk through effective change and vulnerability management, and ensure alignment with regulatory compliance. You will maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, lead critical incident response, and oversee efforts to prepare for and recover from business disruptions. From the datacenter to hundreds of locations across the state of Wisconsin, this role works to ensure ATC’s technology strategy is created, implemented and executed.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will leverage your educational background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cyber Security to ensure that technology services meet customer objectives for cost, performance, and availability. With seven years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Critical Infrastructure, or Business Management, and a passion for building and leading high-performing teams, you will develop and maintain the technology service monitoring strategy, including a Network Operations Center (NOC) for a 3,500-mile regional fiber optic network. You will be accountable for the critical support function, ensuring effective 24-hour response to technology disruptions. Additionally, you will lead the technology change management process, overseeing quality control, collision avoidance, and regulatory assurance. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our technology reliability initiatives and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
