How you will make an impact:

  • Manage a team in the execution of strategic mobility projects and program activities.
  • Plan and lead the execution of strategic mobility projects and programs for assigned region for successful completion within scope of significant project deliverables including analyzing relevant metrics, (e.g., market trends, hiring trends), identifying gaps, recommending solutions while providing direction and guidance to smaller project teams.
  • Manage a small mobility team and develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills.
  • Liaise with mobility vendor to ensure governance, lead root cause analysis for escalations and issue resolution, and lead continuous process improvement projects.
  • Represent mobility on project teams on cross functional initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
  • Interface with external experts to understand the market and emerging tools, trends and opportunities to recommend mobility solutions

What you'll need (Required):

  • University degree and several years of experience in mobility, with prior work in a corporate mobility department required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of mobility, immigration, and tax procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Knowledge of payroll and financial processes related to mobility, including budgeting, invoicing, and accruals.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, providing coaching and feedback, and handling employee actions in partnership with HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
