Job Summary
RWS Global is seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Casting who has a strong background within the Cruise industry to join our Talent & Creative Casting team, focused on filling essential non-performing roles that drive operational excellence across our portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting and retaining top talent for key positions such as Cruise Directors, Entertainment Hosts, Children’s Host, Digital Content Managers, and more, ensuring that our clients’ need and RWS Global remains at the forefront.
As the Manager, Talent Casting, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for non-performing roles, collaborating with departmental managers to understand their specific requirements and crafting tailored recruitment drives to meet our company's growing demands. You will bring your own expertise in recruitment and an unwavering commitment to a positive candidate experience. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about supporting the operational backbone of our business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage recruitment drives for non-performing roles that are critical to RWS Global’s operational success.
- Work with internal managers across departments to define position requirements, develop job descriptions, and create role-specific recruiting plans.
- Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, recruitment events and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify talent that aligns with our clients and RWS Global’s culture and organisational needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles and maintain relationships with talent pools.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on non-performing roles; experience in the Cruise entertainment or live experiences industry preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high volume of applicants in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
