- Oversee adoption for globally consistent talent acquisition processes, metrics and dashboards
- Oversee development segmented talent acquisition strategies with a focus on DEI to support TPLT.
- Ensure team has adequate tools, templates and learning resources to leverage.
- Collaborate with leaders (TA leaders, program leaders) for successful training, onboarding, and continuously learning of team members.
- Ensure compliance with TA policies in accordance with regulatory requirements to optimize and expand opportunities for all talent.

Education:
Bachelors/ Master’s degree.
