Proven leader with expertise in putting strategy into action needed:
Embedding sustainability across the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring effective non-financial disclosures and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risks and opportunities, and financial industry best practices.
What you’ll do:
- Drive meaningful impact by embedding sustainability in a leading financial institution.
- Work in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment
- Manage the delivery of Sustainability communication, reporting and compliance
- Lead research to routinely assess and benchmark FCC’s sustainability performance
What we’re looking for:
- Leader with proven collaboration focus
- Strong team player who builds relationships
- Multi-tasker able to manage several projects at a time
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity about the agriculture industry
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in sustainability, social sciences, finance, agriculture or a related field and at least eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business practices
