Styling Manager, Creative Studio
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Styling Manager will be the guiding force across Fabletics Women’s, Men’s and Scrubs ecommerce and editorial styling within the Creative Studio Team.
What you will do:
- Line manage the styling team (Associate Stylists & Assistant Stylists) and continually strive to educate and improve team performance with industry insights and internal guidelines for a consistently premium look and feel
- Manage the Shoot Assignment Calendar (with Creative Director) to schedule and delegate shoots/projects for styling team
- Evolve and develop the styling guides and standards seasonally across Women’s, Men’s and Scrubs
- Review contact sheets daily and provide feedback to the team in conjunction with Creative Director feedback
- Drive and execute monthly showroom styleouts
- Review styling prep ahead of all ecom, editorial and special projects
- Serve as point person for any styling needs and brand lead for campaign shoots
- Partner with cross-functional leads to keep output consistent and always strive to improve quality
- Oversee styling kits and wardrobe buys
- Partner with Studio Production team to manage freelance styling needs
- Attend Calendar meetings for all brands to align on timelines and shoot needs
- Prep and attend all Line Review Meetings
- Collaborate with Product Manager to ensure sample process is optimized for styling team and according to timelines
- A champion of Fabletics style with the ability to foster relationships across teams
What you can bring:
- 6+ years as a strong, experienced stylist in a creative or fashion industry, with a wide-range of work in ecom and editorial
- 2+ years managerial experience in a corporate environment, with success in developing and motivating a team
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Luxury and activewear brand styling experience preferred
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Portfolio required, demonstrating expertise in styling on-model, product, lifestyle and editorial photography
- Robust understanding of current trends in fashion, retail and pop culture
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of organization
- Experience managing and working with samples/sample teams in corporate setting preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to work any day of the week as shoots and schedule dictates

The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,100-$103,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
